Cancellation Policy

I know life happens, and I'm happy to reschedule whenever possible. To keep my suite running smoothly and accommodate all my guests, I simply ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% fee of your booked service will be applied to the card on file. Same-day no-shows are subject to the full service charge. I appreciate your understanding—it allows me to continue offering the best experience to every client. Emergencies and illness handled case-by-case—just reach out directly.
